About Harish Desai

Harish Desai is a veteran of the Indian life insurance industry with over 35 years of experience at the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). During his tenure as a Development Officer, he successfully managed a strong team of around 70 insurance agents, consistently driving growth and excellence.

Over the years, he earned recognition in multiple All India Ace Competitions and received All India Merit awards for premium counts, marking him as one of LIC’s high-performing officers.

After his long and successful career in LIC, Harish Desai has dedicated himself to empowering the financial services community. Today, he works as a mentor, trainer, and coach, helping life insurance advisors, financial distributors, and marketing professionals achieve greater success in their careers. He is frequently invited to speak at industry forums, training sessions, and motivational events, where his practical experience and inspiring guidance make a lasting impact, He is teaching faculty for many colleges in Mumbai on insurance subjects

Originally from Mumbai and parents from Gujarat and is well connected to the advisor community.

With his wealth of knowledge, real-world experience, and passion for guiding others, Harish Desai continues to inspire and uplift the next generation of financial advisors.
